This is a project based off of the poem "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge. I created these images as a series that would tell the narrative of the Mariner's ordeals in the world of spirits. I enjoyed Coleridge's portrayal of the superstitious spiritual realm of ghosts and creatures. These superstitions were held quite close by sailors.
